PBW was established as a 501C-3 nonprofit organization with the idea of providing workshops, programs and events geared towards young women between the ages of 7 and 17, through education, empowerment and encouragement to help them develop their full potential, thus enabling them to become successful young women.
PBW’s Mission is to successfully prepare young girls and women with their self confidence through mentorship, college & career readiness, leadership development, lifestyle enhancement, and exposure to extraordinary experiences through various events sponsored by PBW. PBW’s goal is to remove any barrier which hinders learning and growth of these young women, as we “Go M.A.D.”
